What happens next?
Session full? We'll email you right away to talk about options, like enrolling in another session while you wait. Spaces almost always open up.
How long should she stay? We offer four two-week sessions for stays of 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, plus one-week sessions you can combine. We recommend at least two weeks for first-year campers.
- 1Confirmation by emailOnce we process your application you'll get an email confirming her session.
- 2Welcome packet in the mailYour camper receives a welcome packet at home. It's the start of the countdown!
- 3Updates all yearNews and reminders arrive by email and text, and on our Facebook page.
- 4Forms and final paymentComplete the health history and medication forms in your parent dashboard at least a week before camp. The balance is due May 1.
- 5Opening dayCheck-in is 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Central Time. We'll meet you at the gate!
