Canoeing happens right on Little River, classified as an Outstanding National Resource Waterway. The water is so clear you can see the river-rock bottom.
Safety is always number one. Red Cross certified canoe and swimming instructors and lifeguards are on hand, and every camper and staff member wears a life jacket. Campers need to be intermediate swimmers to take part.
